SAM flying to Tbilisi. Have to wonder who the VIPs are.This is one of four VIP-configured C-32As. Their main mission is to transport the Vice-President and the Secretary of State. So there's some pretty big wigs on-board.
According to the State Dept's website it's not the Secretary. If it were the VP it would be in the news and I get the impression Mr.Biden is pretty much keeping her out of pretty much everything.
So, that leaves someone high up in the State Dept. traveling to the capital of Georgia.
