Back to France from ever popular Djibouti.I'm guessing that like there's more aircraft registered in San Marino than there are San Marinese, there are more military than civilians in Djibouti. Even the Japanese have a base there : the Japan Self-Defense Force Base Djibouti. Don't ask were the "Self-Defense" comes in, I donno, but it is their only base outside Japan. That says something about Djibouti !
