Every time we see one of these increasingly frequent personnel CMBs to/from Djibouti we assume it's N468AX based on the aircraft type -- it's not the only 36N(ER) in Omni's fleet -- and hope it'll appear somewhere -- usually Muscat -- another tracker can identify it.Unfortunately the other tracker leaves a lot to be desired lately. They all seem to be on a general downward trend.
So while it may not always be N468AX it definitely is a US personnel transport.
@ 13:52 UTC : Landing in Muscat as usual with these flights but no registration info because this tracker is also into the "disruption" thing, except it doesn't 'just' show some flights as "BLOCKED" but blocks all flight's registration data as it tries to sell what is basically open source information.
I understand time is money and infrastructure comes at a cost -- tell me about it ! "Monetization" is a problem -- tell me about it ! -- but this method is "disruptive" in a destructive manner : data is no longer exchanged and all trackers spiral downward, racing towards the bottom as their respective marketing departments become ever more "disruptive" in search of a bottom-line.
The current "monetization" methods destroy content, everywhere.

@ 16:38 UTC : Turns out it is N468AX.
