A second Qatari C17. Out in force again. What are they up to this time ?As I suspected/feared : they both landed at Ankara. That most likely means they're there to pick up gear and the item the Turks sell that's really hot is of course the Bayraktar. Now ask yourself what the Qatari C17s to Rwanda are doing.
