I suppose it bears mentioning that many of these pseudo-CMB companies from Georgia, Moldova, Azerbaijan etc have 'sugar daddies' -- major investors -- living throughout the Gulf. mainly in the Emirates and Kuwait. As a result many of them regularly pass through the area.
