This is the strangest CMB flight I have seen so far ! It left Sofia and appears to have flown to Incirlik (09:28) where another odd CMB already flew earlier today, and then on to Malta as a "Blocked", obfuscated, flight. I've never seen US military personnel fly to Malta on a CMB flight. Is this the U.S. Assistance to Malta mentioned in a State Department press briefing of September 2020 ? Is this part of the US-Malta military deal aka SOFA closed also in September of this year ? Is America seizing the moment now that the EUs relation with Malta is described as "on the rocks" ? And what was the stop at Incirlik about ?Resources
