This is the third time we see a K35R flying out of Africa like that to Incirlik and it's the second today. Odd. At least this time it's a K35R we've seen before.Update 11/09/2021 : It took off from Incirlik flew to near Cairo in Egypt and returned to UAB, as explained here.
