I'm guessing this is American. Interestingly enough its tracks lead directly to the US, New Jersey and from there to Rota, the US Naval base in Spain. That and the fact that it appears to be refueling with MOJO86 -- covered by the LOBO-tag -- lead me to that.Some sources claim it's a C130, but they fail to mention where they got that information. It's not impossible but strikes me as unlikely.
This is the second UFO over Iraq today.
