I saw it moving between Erbil and Baghdad earlier today but couldn't identify it. Then when it moved out of Iraq, into the light, the identity of this civilian version of the C130 became clear : "N2731G is widely alleged to be a CIA-operated aircraft". That would certainly explain the hush-hush. After dropping someone or something off in Amman it quickly disappeared again into Iraq.Operations
