According to one tracker it's just a fairly vanilla transport from the Persian Gulf, but that is basically a guess. The other tracker shows an actual route which tells a very different story : it came from beyond the Caspian Sea.We've seen USAF C17s disappear flying East as they crossed the Caspian Sea, so this is one going to other way from where ever they go when they go there.
