This is the second time we see a C17 flying from Šiauliai and in both cases it lands in Chania. What's in Šiauliai, apart from an airport that is.NATO's Baltic Air Policing mission, of which Greece is a part, is stationed at Šiauliai.
So it's more than reasonable to assume the C17S are moving mission assets in or out.
