This is a bit of a mess.Entering declutter mode here's what I make of it
After passing through many hands this IL76 appears to have ended up in Equatorial Guinea with CEIBA Cargo -- there's also a CEIBA Intercontinental.
When they "ceased all activity" the IL appeared in the Ecuatorial Guinea Air Force with various registrations.
Last year it was spotted in Turkey with its current registration painted on its side : 3C-TM06.
The mode-S code does not appear to have changed at least not since its days at Volga-dnepr Airlines and that is probably what causes trackers to identify it as RA-76446 operated by whatever last Russian owner they have listed in their database.

I'm guessing it started out in Bata but know it landed in Turkey @ 18:27 UTC.
