This used to be HZ-116, a C-130H converted to a VC-130H -- V for VIP -- for the Saudi royals.
In September 1982 -- more than 40 years ago -- it was de-VIP-ed back to a vanilla C-130 and reregistered as 486.
I guess no one got around to updating their data..

This is the 4th Saudi C130 to fly out to Andravida in the last two days : this one and RSF1416, RSF1419 and RSF1421.
There must be something going on my 'back-yard' because there was also a Jordanian Herky : RJAF345.
