Here is that SPAR (Special Priority Air Resource) again. First it appears to have concentrated on Incirlik flying in and out to Ankara now it's focusing on the air base near Izmir. I'm guessing it's some bigwig overseeing some reorganization possibly as a result of the A400/F-35 issue and the previous American administration's plans to reduce troop levels abroad.

There are several air bases in the Izmir area.

LTFA : Kaklıç Air Base : a small Turkish air force base
LTBL : Çiğli Air Base : aka Izmir Air Station, USAFE and NATO facility
LTBK : Gaziemir Air Base : Turkish air force base

Obviously this Air Force Huron travels to and from LTBL : Çiğli.
