'Entanglement' ? Well, the tracking software quite sensibly assumes an ADS-B is unique : there's only one machine out there with a given ADS-B address at any given time(frame). When an ADS-B address appears at location A and later at location B, the software, again quite sensibly, assumes the machine it's assigned to has moved from A to B even if B is on the other side of the world or a thousand kilometers away.

Unless you assume there's TB2s out there that do warp 9, something else must be going on. That something else is entanglement : two different machines with the same ADS-B address appear as one.
We've seen TB2s entangled across continents and it's one way to discover who else has TB2s or Baykar drones buzzing about. They appear to come out-of-the-box with ADS-B address 001071 or the Mickey Mouse address used when it was tested at Keşan/LTFL.

So, it looks like this Van 001071 got entangled with another TB2 also with ADS-B 001071 in the Unites Arab Emirates. Ergo : there's TB2s, well at least one, in the Emirates.

So much for the cunning plan to use and re-use Mickey Mouse ADS-B addresses.
