Assumptions are still the mother of all f***-ups but if it walks like a duck and it talks like a duck...it is reasonable to assume this is TL-KMO.And if it is TL-KMO this is the reasonable route to assume.
The point is : it's a duck : a 'mysterious' IL76 popping up 'behind' Crete flying between Libya/Tunisia and Syria/Turkey.
