Two aircraft appear to fly out of Tunisia or Libia, they appear identical but for the final character of a Laotian ADS-B : 708045 and 70804D, moving toward Turkey.

This looks like the RDPL-pattern 'exlained' here.

So, I'm guessing this is that IL76 : RDPL-34146 aka EW-383TH aka UP-I7649 aka UR-EAB aka UR-FSE making another pick-up in Izmir or Tekirdağ.

Update : 20 Aug 2023 : Confirmed : it appeared again as RDPL-34146 but with the ADS-B address of this IL76, so QED I'd say.
