Another personnel CMB 747 not going to Baltimore.It turns out the CMB the Black Hawk at Incrilik was expecting is this big one. First time I see a CMB or any 747 land there. It would appears to confirm the theory that the Black Hawks appear when the personnel CBMs do. If so that means someone thinks there is a risk at Incirlik there isn't elsewhere these CMBs fly.
