There seems to be some debate whether this really is an MC-130W Talon II. If it is an MC-130W, together with the MC-130J and the CV-22B Osprey that arrived earlier that makes for quite a bit of aggressive Special Forces firepower in Chania. One has to wonder why it's flown there. Seeing as it is unlikely they're there for some special 'kinetic' mission they're presumably there to show friend and foo they mean business.Operations
