CommentThere sure is a lot going on in Afghanistan lately. Apart from all the cargo flights in and out here's a Special Priority Air Resource flying in and out. SPARs aren't the biggest wigs but still plenty big. This one is flying to the Army base in Romania so it's reasonable to assume some of those bigwigs are Army wigs.
