Antonov's SALIS (Strategic Airlift Interim Solution) is really taking off. This joint-venture was founded in 2018 in Leipzig and specializes in military transports for NATO and it's members. This explains the many Ruslans we've seen flying to 'odd'/hot places. So we'll tag these NATO 'CMB' flights as SALIS -- Sally/Sallies.Operations
