This is beyond the pale !After making a delivery to Azerbaijan as part of a trio of transport planes earlier today, this Turkish A400 is now part of a group of 3 making deliveries to Nakhchivan in the
Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic aka Artsakh aka Nagorno-Karabakh !
Obviously, as my admittedly sarcastic remarks about Russian "peacekeeping" deliveries to Yerevan and elsewhere but not the actual location of the actual fighting made clear, this would indeed be the place to deliver real peacekeeping material and personnel. However this is for Russia to do and not Turkey. Even Russia understands Turkey is not a neutral party in this and as a result under the terms of the agreement it has a monitoring role from Azerbaijan with no boots on the ground in the conflict area, yet here they are with a convoy of military aircraft making a delivery to their Azerbaijani clients and allies smack dab in the middle of the area !
Giving Turkey a peacekeeping role in a conflict they helped engineer, actively supported with arms and on occasion took part in with their air force, is cynical at best. Given Turkey's history of genocide against the Armenians on the 'other side' of this conflict it is nothing short of criminal and the international community doesn't bat an eye.
