Exact same deal as last time : the same Polish motor glider circling around Minsk Mazowiecki Air Base, so time for a closer look.No idea why it's marked as BLOCKED, it's not a LADD. It is a motor glider doing touch-and-goes. The fact that it is used for training might explain the 'odd' registration : training craft, not operational.
