Although it is registered to MBD Ventures Inc Trustee it is most likely operated by Prescott Support Company.

This machine's been reported as an Airtech CN-235, CASA CN-235, CN-235-300, CASA 235M-100 and now as Persuader (MPA) -- Maritime Patrol Aircraft. Whichever type of CN35 it turns out to be, the CMB callsign/flightnumber is odd.

So all in all an odd bird with quite an history, flying into Africa from the European Special Ops HQ in Germany.
