Russian transport into Syria -- LTK is a place-holder here. It looks like there's less Russian traffic to Syria because they all have to travel through the Turkish ADS-B black hole leaving a very short window, from Kayseri to the the Syrian coast to catch them. I know this one crossed another Russian IL76 returning to Russia but it disappeared off the map before I could snap it.Operations
