I have noticed there have been quite a few 'new' (not seen before) KC-135s lately. Clearly there's a major rotation going on.

This is one of three K35Rs rotating in now.

RCH549 : 59-1492 - Ramstein (new)
RCH470 : 60-0320 - Rota

Again ZQW is mentioned as origin.
As mentioned before the military facilities at Zweibrücken were closed in 1991 and moved to nearby Ramstein.
So when you see ZQW/Zweibrücken think Ramstein/RMS.
