This VAN 001071 is 'entangled' with the LTFL 001071 we saw earlier.

'Entanglement' ? Well, the tracking software quite sensibly assumes an ADS-B is unique : there's only one machine out there with a given ADS-B address at any given time(frame). When an ADS-B address appears at location A and later at location B, the software, again quite sensibly, assumes the machine it's assigned to has moved from A to B even if B is on the other side of the world or a thousand kilometers away.

So, it looks like the LTFL 001071 flew from the other side of the Hellespont near the Greek border to Van near the border with North-Iraq.

Unless you assume there's TB2s out there that do warp 9, something else must be going on. That something else is entanglement.
We've seen TB2s entangled across continents and it's one way to discover who else has TB2s or Baykar drones buzzing about. They appear to come out-of-the-box with ADS-B address 001071 or the Mickey Mouse address used when it was tested at Keşan/LTFL.
