Another one of those questionable transports. Possibly questionable. I do not doubt there's tons of legit cargo moving in and out of the Gulf but let's not forget insane amounts of hardware came out of Afghanistan and is still hanging around there. I do not doubt that quite a bit of it is being 'transferred' after a cool down.
