Flying to Camp TURKSOM no doubt loaded with goodies. It may stop at JIB on the way back as they often do.

Another manifestation of the Pasha's neo-Ottoman dream/delusion. But don't take my word for it : Turkey’s Military Base in Somalia.

It turns out it was transporting "Turkey-trained female Somali commandos" back home.
