Today is the day of weird Kyrgyzstan birds. This one we've seen before landing in Djibouti, but what is it doing here ?This is the second odd Kyrgyzstan aircraft taking off from a US 'controlled' base. The other one was the mystery IL76 from Al Dhafra.
