A lot of BLUE out and about : At some point each one of them goes into a holding pattern momentarily and then flies on. BLUE35 over Saudi and the others near Cyprus, 'behind' Crete and elsewhere.This suggests they are accompanying something and that something could be a BUFF i.e. a B-52.
