Amazing ! Qatar invades Africa ! Again ! Three flights observed so far : this and LHOB251 flying back and LHOB241 which is about to land in Kigali. This is weird and worrying. That would mean there's a massive amount of military gear being flown into this vexed Belgian ex-colony.
