It looks like there's two IL76s apparently flying out of Africa into Turkey possibly to Belarus or Russia.

They both have the same registration RDPL-34146 but different (invalid) ADS-B codes.

This IL76 used to registered to Imtrec Aviation in Cambodia as RDPL-34146. They were shut down in 2008 after which the IL76. like so many, passed through many familiar hands and now belongs to Rubystar Airways.

No idea what's going on here. If it's an attempt to move Bayraktar gear into Africa unnoticed, painting that kind of profile in the sky isn't much of a cunning plan. It sticks out like a massive sore thumb.

As to there being two identical, safe for the ADS-B codes : suppose one IL76 with two transponders.
