Déjà vu, all over again !You'd think you'd see this kind of malarkey only once, but we've seen this before little over 10 days ago !
The exact same thing : RDPL-34146, twice, this time flying out of Turkey instead of into.
What is this about ?
What is going on here ? Who can and would 'dress-up' an IL76 as a no longer active Cambodian IL76 likely with 2 transporders 'tuned' to different 'channels' (ADS-B code), to move gear from Turkey ?
It looks like it's flying out of Libya into Turkey to Tekirdağ.
Still, that cannot be the whole story : Turkey delivers their goodies to Libya so why go through this absurd charade ? Help !
